Congratulations to Ry Van Der Hout on being selected for a major public art commission with the City of Toronto.
As the successful artist, Ry will collaborate with the design team to identify opportunities for permanent public art integration across the upcoming replacement of the Dowling, Dufferin, and Dunn bridges in Parkdale. The commission will also extend to the adjacent parkettes, landings, and lookout spaces, helping to shape a meaningful public experience throughout the neighbourhood.
The peer review panel, comprised of local Parkdale community members and art experts, has selected Ry Van Der Hout as the successful artist for this commission.
