This Tuesday evening, join us virtually for a conversation between Gordon Shadrach and the Executive Director of the Nia Centre, Alica Hall, as they discuss the artist’s most recent body of work. Trade, a solo exhibition running until October 23, confronts the systems of power that utilizes Black bodies for personal and corporate gain, both historically and in present day.
In conjunction with this event, the artist will release a limited edition print of Guard and embroidered Black Loyalist team patches that will be sold to raise money for the Nia Centre for the Arts.
